Delivery
We offer free standard delivery on all orders to mainland UK addresses — no minimum spend, no hidden charges.
How long will it take?
Most orders arrive within 5–10 business days of placing your order. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is on its way.
We know that's not next-day delivery, and we want to be upfront about that. Our products are dispatched directly from our suppliers to keep prices fair — and in our experience, most orders arrive well within that window.
Do you deliver to Northern Ireland, Scotland, or the Channel Islands?
Yes — we deliver across the whole of the UK. Delivery times to more remote areas may occasionally be slightly longer, but the same free delivery applies.
Will I get tracking information?
Yes. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched. If you haven't received this within 3 business days of ordering, please get in touch and we'll look into it for you.
Returns
We want you — and your dog — to be completely happy. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
Our returns policy
- You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return
- Returns are completely free — we'll cover the postage
- Items must be unused and in their original condition to be eligible for a full refund
- If an item arrives damaged or faulty, we'll replace or refund it immediately — no quibbles
How to return an item
Simply email us at hello@snughound.store with your order number and the reason for your return, and we'll send you a prepaid returns label within 1 business day.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we've received and checked your return, your refund will be processed within 5 business days. It will be returned to your original payment method.
